By ordering services from MAAE Media (MCMG) you agree to the following Service Agreement for digital media assets. Behind the policies is a commitment to produce the best work possible. From reservation to delivery, we want your experience in working with us to be positive to help bring value to your business.

All prices listed reflect locations within Collin County/North Dallas service area. Any property outside of this service area is subject to additional cost - based on travel time. Contact us for availability. Prices may vary.

Cancellation Policy: (MCMG) understands that the scheduled appointment may need more time. It is the responsibility of the original scheduler/representative person to let us know as soon as possible if the location will not be ready so that the shoot can be rescheduled. There is a 25% charge for any cancellation/reschedule within 8 hours. There is a 75% charge for any cancellation/reschedule within 1 hour of scheduled appointment. If no cancellation notice is given, you will be subject to the original investment of the described service.

Weather Policy: There may be times that services are ordered but cannot be completed due to weather conditions. In those circumstances, the decision about shooting is up to the original scheduler/representative person, at the photographer’s discretion. During inclement weather, if the scheduling person chooses to shoot only interior, outdoor photos can be taken on a better weather day. A 2nd trip fee is $60. Reschedules are subject to availability.

Payment Policy: Credit card payments are processed through our website via Stripe. All payment information is secure. Payment is due in full before digital media is provided. You are able to create and account for payment history and convenience. The person who reserved the appointment/listing agent, is responsible for payment - unless arranged otherwise at the time of booking. Team leaders and/or brokerages are responsible for fulfillment of payment for of real estate agents/team agents for invoices not paid. Payments must be made prior to media delivery, and prior to further image collections. For any investments over $1000, a 25% deposit is required.

Commercial images (builder, design, architecture, etc.) based on project size and scale
Advanced image editing - 24-48 hours

Standard virtual twilight conversion - 24-48 hours

Video production, short films - dependent on type, length, and style
Logo design - based on project size and scale
Head shots - based on project size and scale

Trip Fee: Additional costs my apply to anything outside of Collin County/North Dallas/current service area. Additional costs are based on availability and transit time. Please contact us for investment detail.

Aerial Photography and Video: Flying a UAV may be restricted in certain areas and in inclement weather or winds exceeding 15 mpg. Lawn greening may not be available for all aerial images.

Delivery of Media: Image media will be delivered via MAAE.US (which also serves as an MLS compliant virtual tour) for media download.
Both the full resolution images (for print) and re-sized images (for web use) may be downloaded. Video files will be uploaded to a shared Dropbox folder.

Image and Video Media Files: Images - jpeg. Video - MP4/WAV. Please save your video/image files immediately, upon delivery. Back up on a hard drive. Your original media files may be deleted at the discretion of (MCMG) at any time. (MCMG) is not responsible for your lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised media once delivery is complete. We do our best to ensure proper backup of media in case of loss.

Artistic Control: The client understands that the quantity of photographs and video taken at the event can vary greatly and that photography by nature is an art, subject to the creativity of the photographers and their personal artistic style. The client understands that he/she has chosen the photographers because of their photographic style and will grant the photographers the right to exercise their creativity in the interest of creating the best images possible. The client understands he/she may not demand a refund, or a redo due to differences in artistic preferences of the final images.

Limitations: (MCMG) does not handle any cleaning, staging or moving of personal items. The homeowner/listing agent/business owner/representative shall ensure that there are no hazards to the photographer’s safety. Please ensure all dogs are locked in a kennel, placed in a closed bedroom, or in the backyard, prior to the photographer’s entry of the home. Generally, we will photograph the property as is at the discretion of the photographer. If we feel the property/location is unsafe, we have the right to deny our services. We will not enter any private home where there is a child, under the age of 18, without parental supervision.

Copyright Notice: (MCMG) is the copyright holder of the digital media. The copyright of an image/video is non-transferable to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Licensing may be obtained for various applications of digital media, please contact us for more details.

License/Usage Rights: The original scheduling person/listing agent/representative/business/individual who paid for our service, has permission to use the images on any electronic or printed form of advertisement/marketing for the promotion of that property or business. Builders, stagers, designers and other affiliates who wish to use images taken by (MCMG) should contact us for licensing information. Images cannot be sold to another party who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing. Excluding active listings, (MCMG) offers an unlimited usage license to our stock images. In some instances, we offer an 'exclusive license’ - contact us for more details. Failure to pay for the digital media, transfer/sharing of digital media to another party will result in a copyright infringement/violation. You will be asked to remove the digital media from any electronic or printed form of advertisement. Failure to stop using them will result in NTREIS notification/cease and desist or legal action.

Residential/Listings: Clients who purchase the services of (MCMG) have shared (limited) usage rights (license) to all images (a) until the property is sold (b) contract expires. We require full payment for digital files before (unless specified other) the delivery of (via electronic payment). (MCMG) reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any session due to photographer illness, personal emergency, or inclement weather. If your shoot is not confirmed by the original scheduling person, before 12:00 am/midnight the day of your session, that session may be removed from the schedule.

We are fully committed to providing the best service possible to our customers. We are extremely flexible on how our customers use our images. We want to work with you to meet your needs. All we ask is that you discuss any transfer of medium with us before doing so. Additional cost my apply.

It is important that each property is ready to be photographed at the scheduled appointment time. Please inspect the home prior to the appointment time and make adjustments to ensure it is ready to be photographed.

We do the best we can to ensure color accuracy and white balance. Though, with all interior spaces, mixed lighting can cause certain light sources to look too yellow, blue, green, or red. This is normal in digital photography as it doesn't always give a true representation of light.

Damage: At no time may the agent, client, representative, or of hired party handle the photographer’s equipment. This includes, but not limited to, camera, light stands, lights, bag, etc. Any damage caused to the equipment will be charged by (MCMG) to the parties engaged.

Model Release: All material (video, photography, other) can and may be published by (MCMG). Upon ordering, scheduling, submitting online form, agreement to display, show, publish, etc. All material has been agreed upon. Any individual partially, or fully shown in material has given permission to the entity, business, person that has secured our business, to be displayed in digital or print form. The original hiring person, company, entity grants MAAE Media, its agents, employees, and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and/or video footage taken of persons for the purpose of advertising, promotional materials, website content, social media, etc., without payment or any other consideration. MAAE Media (MCMG) is released from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and/or video footage, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy. Form submission by payee, presiding entity, individua shall inure to the benefit of MAAE Media, its legal representatives, licensees, and assigns. All parents/legal guardians of any individual under the age of 18 have been notified by hiring individual, company, or engaged party of their commitment to this release.

All sales final. No refunds of digital images are given. Refunds will only be given if a mischarge has occurred.

WITHOUT EXCEPTION, all prints, products, and digital files provided by (MCMG) are protected under copyright of (MCMG). This copyright is non-transferable. Purchase of prints, products, or digital files does NOT signify a transfer of ownership of any copyrights. Please also adhere to the U.S. Copyright Act, in your usage of photographic prints and products, outlined below: The U.S. Copyright Act (Title 17, United States Code) is designed to protect photographers and other artists by granting them the exclusive right to distribute, copy, edit and publish their photography by license, transfer, or sale. The Copyright Act prohibits anyone from copying, scanning, editing or sharing photographic prints, images, or media without the written permission of the photographer. Violation of the Copyright Act can incur both civil and criminal penalties. By reserving our services online, by phone, or by text, you agree to our terms of service and policies.

Cancellation Policy: We understands that properties may not be ready for the appointment as expected when the package was scheduled. It is the responsibility of the listing agent/scheduling person/representative to let us know as soon as possible if the project will not be ready so that the shoot can be rescheduled. For residential listings, there is a $40 charge for any cancellation/reschedule within 3 hours. Within 1 hour of scheduled property shoot the fee $75. For all commercial projects, there is a $200 charge for any cancellation within 12 hours. If no cancellation notice is given, you will be subject to the original investment of described service.

Weather Policy: There are bound to be times that services are ordered but cannot be completed due to weather. In those circumstances, the decision about shooting is up to the listing agent/scheduling person/representative, at the photographers discretion. If no notice is given, we will assume the scheduled shoot will proceed.

The client understands he/she may not expect a refund, or a 'redo' due to differences in artistic preferences of the final images.

Limitations: It is the listing agent’s/scheduling person/representatives responsibility to ensure that the property/location is ready to be photographed at the arranged time. MAAE MEDIA does not handle any cleaning or moving of furniture. Though, small items may be moved if they are in the way. Our client shall ensure that there are no hazards to the photographer’s safety. Please ensure all dogs are locked in a kennel, placed in a closed bedroom, or in the backyard, prior to the photographers entry of the home. The photographer is not a pet wrangler. Generally, we will photograph the property as is at the discretion of the photographer. Properties are shot as is per NTREIS regulations. If we feel the property/location is unsafe, we have the right to deny our services. We will not enter any home where there is a child, under the age of 18, without parental supervision.

Builders, stagers, designers and others who wish to use images taken by MAAE MEDIA should contact us for licensing information. Images cannot be sold to another agents/businesses/brokers/persons who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing. Failure to pay for the images will result in a copyright infringement/violation. You will be asked to remove the image from any electronic or printed form of advertisement. Failure to stop using them will result in NTREIS notification and/or legal action.

It should take no longer then 30 to 45 minutes to photograph a property with an average of 2500 sq. ft. And, up to 90 minutes for homes over 4000 sq. ft. Please inspect the home prior to the appointment time and make adjustments to ensure it is ready to be photographed. If you will not be able to have the home ready by the appointment time you can make the choice to have the home photographed as is, you may call and reschedule the appointment at least 4 hours prior to appointment time.
